Returns & Exchanges

At AprilAire, we are committed to your indoor air quality and offer a 30-day return window for products in original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and replacements to ensure your home remains comfortable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, including all manuals and components, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your preferred shipping method with tracking.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
